Khajuraho - It is UNESCO World Heritage Site, located at a distance of 250kms from Bandhavgarh in North-West direction. It is popular for art & sculptures work performed on sand-stone temples built in 9th to 11th century during rule of Chandela dynasty. Their were more than 100 such temples but after the demolishment by Muslim forces and due to weather cause, only 22 such temples left. Now they are well preserved and maintained. Outer walls of temples depicts hindu god & goddesses along with some images on eroticism.

Kanha National Park - It is a famous tiger reserve located at a distance of 260kms/06:30hrs from Bandhavgarh in Southern direction. It is one of the earliest tiger reserves of India. Kanha national park is located on Satpura hills and nestles wide variety of rare wildlife species like Tiger, Hard-ground Barasingha, Indian Gaur, Wild Dogs (Dholes), Mouse Deer etc. Natural beauty and landscapes of Kanha park is awesome and unmatched. If you are wildlife lover, then it is a must visit national park for you.

It is again a nice park for wildlife photography having good sighting records of Leopards, Sloth Bear, Spotted Deer etc. After re-introduction of tiger, here tiger population is continuously increasing and showing good results. It is also popular for varying species Vulture sighting. Nearly located Ken Gharial Reserve is also a unique attraction of this national park.

Amarkantak - It is nature tourism and sacred destination at a distance of 270kms in Southern direction. It is located on meeting point of Vindhya & Satpura hills. It is small town with temples and have origin point of some of the important rivers of Central India in which Narmada & Sone rivers are prominent. Surrounded forest area have some unique plant species having high medicinal qualities. It is a nice place for pilgrimage, yoga & meditation.

Ghughua Fossil Park It is located on the way from Bandhavgarh to Kanha. It showcases mainly plant fossils found in this region and are estimated to be 6.5 million years old. Here some plants & fruit fossils are showcased who were of Great Gondwana Supercontinent time.
